Session: Implementing an Online Pharmacy
A dynamic Hospital Administrator previously with Kings Veterinary Hospital in Loveland, Ohio; Stephanie serves as the Managing Partner at VBB. Stephanie applies her extensive knowledge in all areas of the veterinary experience to inform and guide her in consulting with Veterinarians, Owners and Practice Administrators across the country.
An industry thought leader, recently Stephanie has had the opportunity to share her knowledge with the profession as a national speaker and educator. An active and contributing member in the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association, Stephanie is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) candidate.
Along with experience, Stephanie brings a practical and real-world approach to navigating and implementing major practice initiative, such as- Paperless Medical Records, Digital Prescription (On-line Pharmacy) Management, Practice Acquisition and Practice Consolidation. As Co-Owner of The Pet Athletic Club, a high-end dog training, daycare, grooming and boarding facility from 2006-2019; Stephanie is fluent in the entrepreneurial and ownership experience. Guided by her work ethic and integrity; Stephanie’s mantra is that “transparency, truth and good communication solve most problems in life.”
Stephanie makes her home and is based in Columbus, Ohio.
